LOVE HOPE RISE

Tactical Art for Social Justice:  Under the banner of LOVE HOPE RISE, Leon Wang uses art and design to help amplify our community’s voice against oppression and injustice.  LHR creates highly tactical visual systems to support the frontline of the movement.  Each piece is calibrated for a specific narrative, context, and impact. By using simple and direct means, LHR aims for connections on both personal and civic levels.

Love Hope Rise has collaborated with many organizations and movements, including Black Lives Matter, Standing Rock, March for Science, Indigenous and Immigrant Rights, March for Our Lives, and $15 Minimum Wage.  In addition to creating visual pieces, Leon also takes on the roles of organizer, adviser, and educator...to help the movement towards greater unity and transformative impact.
